Solution: Implement a loyalty program directed at the Canadian contractor industry, that awards points based on purchases of Moen faucets.
Execution
Program Website: A program website, using SVS Flex Rewards technology, was launched to enhance the members experience. The application supports online shopping, points updates, sales history,program and company news and special promotions. Members can also participate product training.
Communications: Using targeted campaigns via direct mail and email Moen regularly communicates with the membership which take the form of membership statements, information about promotions and updates on new Moen products.
Special Promotions: Sweepstakes promotions are utilized to increase awareness and excitement towards the program. High value items such as Harley Davidson Motorcycles and the Mini Cooper have been awarded.
Results: Club Moen is entering its 20th year of rewarding trade customers and continues to be the market leading loyalty program.
